I stopped vensir cold turkey ino ino but fact is my mind has been going crazy like some1 on acid even though i have never took a drug in my life even my thoughts are crazy way off track and im in a state of anxiety and brain zaps surely come on theres no way a tablet can be this bad when you stop how the hell does it do you good and not drive you loopdey in the long run cant be good for you this stuff? Any answers please would be brill...
You can not cold turkey this. Slow weaning off of it. Its dangerous to just stop. I think this is called effoexor elsewhere. Maybe you should call an ambulance honestly..
How long have you been on this drug ? I think you may need to go see your doctor or go to emergency if after hours unless you think you can cope til your doctor opens.
Start taking it again!

Anxiety88 when did you stop, we were just having a conversation yesterday! Please speak to your doctor. I have no idea if you have been taking the medication regularly (it doesn't seem this way) and you mentioned you took it for 3 months? If you were not regular then no wonder it hasn't been helping.
I have taken it for a total of 12 years (8 on 150mg including 2 years weaning), got better and finished therapy 3 years ago. The medicine is good, but it may not be the right one for you. The only one who can say for sure is your doctor provided you are honest with him about how regularly you were taking the medicine. Help yourself by getting touch with a doctor immediately. There is no need to suffer like this. It is fixable. You just have to work with the doctors to find the best course of treatment. You say your thoughts are crazy, way off-track - how were they before you started the medicine? What were you given the medicine for?
Was given the medicine for anxiety i never had depression but yesterday i was only having zaps i hace not slept at all and have this extreme fear feeling feels like im guna die yes ur right i kept going off the vensir cause i could not sleep and had not motuvation on them to be honest life was alot easier managed without all this meds do the sleep deprive and motion to do anything wear off please in time could you let me know thanks
