if you have just noticed them and they are not itchy,or weepy or growing in size then they are probably just patches of pigmented skin on your left ear. The one on your right ear looks different and may just be a blocked sebaceous gland forming a black head. However…you are obviously concerned so a quick check by your doctor would put your mind at rest. If any of these marks grow, itch, bleed, darken,or weep then it is essential you see your doctor.
