Have people found Susan Parker's "The Polymyalgia Rheumatica Diet" useful? Is it worth buying?
I haven't got it but the general consenus on here seems to be you might be wasting your money. Apparently there's a food guide somewhere on here that is more useful - I haven't looked for it!
