Currently my stomach starts gurgling a lot at about 2/3 am which means that I will need to poop soon. Then when I get up early for school on weekdays I need to poop pretty much when I get up at 6 however I don't have the time in a morning to go because when I go for a poop I can take upwards of an hour and I just don't have the time so I end up having to wait all day in pain.
Is there any way to make myself want to poop at different times of the day?
All you can do it keep your diet regular so you have regular bowel movements. It sounds like you are drinking too much water and not enough fiber. Try drinking a lot less liquid before bed and find the right type of fiber for your age group. Too much heavy fiber can exhaust the system but you need enough to keep your bowels moving properly. In the morning, eat banana and drink a glass of water. Have a cup of coffee or tea will help too. You also can drink fibre drink at night or in the morning. Eat small dinner.

There is...and it's called bowel retraining...but in order for one to start that...they would need to find root causes as to why they have digestive issues in the first place...once healed then bowel retraining can be attempted..and that takes different amount of time for each person
some may find if they solve there digestive issues they won't even need to retrain the bowel as they go normal then anyway x
