Poop when you have a hot flash?

Hello,
I seem to have a hot flush just before I poop, but now I’m starting to wonder if it’s the actual hot flush that causes me to poop.

So before pooping, I get hot, sweaty, fast heart rate, shortness of breath…

Sorry about the question, it’s a horrible feeling and very distressing and doctors are not helping.

Anyone else?

wow, i get this too. at times i will get a hot flush and palpitations, fast heart rate. feel sick and like i am going to pass out. then go a poop and it carries in for a bit . i thought it was just me. what have GPs said ?

Horrible isn’t it?
Doctors say they have never heard of such symptoms yet on forums I have found a few people who have them.

i get this with peeing in the night! a hot flash wakes me up and i have to pee right away - it’s an odd one!
