Are you sexually active? Make sure you are having regular showers and really carefully dry this area. You can trim away pubic hair from the area as that might help.
You need to treat this with Liquid Antiseptic - dab undiluted onto the area 4 or 5 times a day, then 2 rr 3 when it begins to heal, then 1 or 2 until the wound has completely healed.
