hi, I’m also an anxious person and after battling chronic lichen sclerosis and fibromyalgia along with disc pain, I too have found a certain measure of calm with this drug, I’m in the middle of a bad flare of LS so not really helping with that but I’m hopeful and my other pain is manageable I’m on 60mg and 30mg at night of Mirtazapine I’m also on gabapentine, it’s always a constant battle with anxiety and pain, so I wish you well in your battle, baby steps is what I tell myself sometimes I’m successful sometimes not but I try to be positive, this site is helpful when you read others battles its like your not alone.
