Possible cancer on glans??

ok guys so after a unprotected sexual encounter a year and a half ago my glans has permanently changed

originally I thought damage from possible hsv2 but all tests came back negative

now I’m extremely worried about hpv and possible cancer as my glans has permanently changed and I’ve read about a red velvet rash and dry bumps being signs of cancer…

I’m very concerned now,does anyone have any insight or knowledge before I completely freak out

where is red velvet rash?
it looks quite normal.

there is definitely redder parts on the glans,not sure if the pictures do it justice…I guess I’m worried because my glans use to be completely smooth and after sexual contact a year ago my glans has a patch of skin that is permanently damaged..bumpy,red and ruff..no itching or pain though

it looks very normal to me from the photos.

if you are worried then ask your doctor directly “whether it is cancer or not?”

He’ll give you peace of mind than anyone on this forum.

have you done urine tests?
it might be because of a mild urinary tract infection. which is not causing other symptoms but only this one.
