I have had froydce spots for as long as I can remember but they have always been skin colored. Recently I have gotten a tiny red spot really close to my meatus and I think it may be an inflamed Frodyce spot. You can see it in the pictures. Looking to see if anyone knows what it is or has had anything similar

I forgot to mention that there is no pain at all, except about half a week ago I used anti bacterial soap and some got inside my urethra and burned like crazy. The pictures above show how you can barely see the spot unless I squeeze the head.

Hi thanks for the help, it doesn't look like genital herpes right? I'm extremely scared of that but I don't see how I could have gotten it as I'm in a long term relationship and never have had any other symptoms. I also haven't had any feverish illness or any illness for that matter in a long time.
Anti-bacterial soap, or even any soap at all, isn't a good idea for mucosal tissue. Just use water.
It doesn't look like herpes to me. If you want to get tested though, you could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
