I am really stressed and would really like your help.
2.5 weeks ago I had an encounter with a sex worker. She slid her hand on top of my penis (uncovered) for some minutes and then she gave me a footjob (uncovered). She did not have any lesions or pimples on her hands or feet.
I thought that it was safe but this morning I saw a pimple on my penis.
Can you please let me know if I could've gotten Herpes from such an encounter?
Sex workers are not necessarily “dirty” or ridden with STDs. There is no way of contracting STIs or STDs from hands or feet. Only the direct touching of genitals to genitals or the contact of pre-cum can transfer STIs or STDs. Your first herpes outbreak would cause a LOT worse reaction than one pimple. This could be a result of friction that happened during a handjob. BUT I would watch and wait on this one. Any more pimples or lesions please see a doctor.
