Possible Hashimoto's thyroiditis can anyone help

Hello,

I wondered if there were any definitive tests to show hashimoto's thyroiditis disease?

I have suspected graves disease with hyperthyroidism but heard its possible to have both graves and hashimoto disease.

I feel a bit hyper inside but at the same time im exhausted since 10 months ago.

I thought i just pushed myself too hard at work, but it didnt get better after resting 3 months.

TSH (ECLIA-Roche)   -0.102

TSH Receptor Antibody (TRAb)     3.89   H

I heard TRAb test shows also hashimotos disease, so does this prove for certain i have hashimotos disease?

I have had normal results on my ultrasound, no nodules or abnormalities.

One doctor said graves disease here in vietnam where i am living and another has said possible hashimoto's disease.

I am taking, selenium supplement, b6 magnesium, iron, vitamin A,

my diet now, is natural honey, chicken, beans, mushrooms, bone broth, water, avocado, coconut.

A year ago i drank a lot of beer, i dont smoke, but i  was drinking 2 to 9 cups of coffee for about 4 years every day.

With these autoimmune conditions I suspect it can take a while to diagnose. It is also possible to have slightly abnormal ultrasounds which could suggest some autoimmune activity, but no blood results to back this up. Frustrating, try not to stress too much about it as stress does not help at all.
