possible herpes on glans- does it have to itch ?

hi there looking photos online looks like maybe honeycomb herpes, but zero itch , tingling etc nothing. just balanitis and very wrinkled glans with now a couple of small white patches. so no itching/tingling, NOT herpes?? thanks
