Possible Herpes

Hello,

So I am sexually active, and have been the last 2 months with my girlfriend, with and without condoms. About 3-4 days ago I found bumps with hairs in them scattered around the base of my penis on both the left and right sides, they weren't clear and felt hard to the touch. In panic I pulled the hairs out of all of them, and the hairs looked infected to me. Since then those have scabbed up, but I have gotten other bumps on the front with pus, but I have largely left those alone.

To add, I have felt pain and almost fatigue around my pelvic area, as well as a burning sensation when peeing that comes and goes.

To try and help this, I've been using anti fungal powder on the affected areas, which has helped everything, as the front bumper has since scabbed and is quicky seems like it's getting resolved.

My main concern is that I just had my first episode of genital herpes, does this sound correct? I'm going to my PCP tomorrow to get tested, but obviously anxiety is pretty high.

hi good advice get a fully std chk up while u at it and for herpes male sure u do igg test its mpre accurate dan the igm .... Think happy thoughts n relax stress causes ob to last longer.... Best of luck !

Don't stress too hard, definitely get checked out but doesn't sound at all like herpes - you would get flu like symptoms if you had it, and you would have had burning when peeing (when pee touchea tge sores) in addition it would have been too painful to go near the hairs if that was the case - personally found that it takes much longer to scab up and heal, but then again I'm female so there could be differences in reactions
