I am currently being tested for Lymes due to unexplained swollen knees and fatigue. I had this rash about a year and half ago after hiking around South West of the UK. Does anyone know if this rash is similar to the Lyme's rash? It wasn't raised or itchy and eventually went away. It looked a lot darker than the picture in reality and was eventually about 2 inches in diameterThanks so much.
It could well be. It's certainly large and is there a smaller one below it?
Not worth taking a risk anyway and with the swollen knees and fatigue it certainly seems more than possible
I too had some sort of bite ((but mine itched) and then swollen knee which developed into arthritis

Lyme & its co-infections can cause all kinds of rashes, including my entire skin (our biggest organ that can give us BIG clues to the inside) turning red for over 6 mos. Another time i was covered in unexplainable hives from head to toe for 2 weeks.
Even if your tests come back negative, which is very common, pursue finding a Lyme/Babesia/Borrelia/Babeosis Specialist. The fatigue & joint swelling will worsen, i'm sorry to report. Be well.
