Hello,
I have rough and darkened patch of skin on my upper back just below the neck. I visited the GP who suggested it may just be pigmentation from an old wound or spot (not their excact words) and was advised to try an anti-fungul cream. As I have noticed this patch increase in size and become more rough to the touch is it worth getting a second opinion?
Any feedback appreciated.
