Possible perimenopause - feeling of rice stuck in throat

Hi I'm new here. i think im going through perimenopause and have been for about 2 years. have a weird new symptom for three weeks. its like i have a bit of rice stuck in my throat that wont shift. anyone else experienced this? xx Alex
