hello, i have these lesions on the shaft of my penis for around a week now. it started with just one, painless. no i have it just like in the pic. it itches, no pain. Also the groin area is itchy too and with these lesions.
i am male and have a boyfriend and i know he is clean on std. but still, does it look like herpes?
we do have unprotected intercourse.
its summer here and i sweat a lot too.
at first i thought it was friction but what do you guys think? now with the quarantine i cant go to a doctor just for this and its driving me nuts cause it itches. please help

could be syphilis or herpes
can i get syphilis even if my boyfriend doesnt have it? i read one can only get it if you touch a syphilitic sore. im pretty sure he is clean. 
im not sure. does look like a possible STD just go to the doctor ASAP
does he get coldsores?
he did have some ulcer-like lesions on the lips over a month and a half ago. told me that it was scurvy and happens very rarely (3 times tops) to him since he was a kid.
its possible he has hsv 1 (cold sores/oral herpes) and gave it to you genitally through oral sex
Update: doctor said its scabies. just covered my hole body with permethrin and it got so itchy. i do feel like its getting better too.
