I've had diarreah and upset stomach for 6 days straight 2 days before that I quit soft drinks because I was getting Nauseous whenever I drink them the nausea went away with the soft drinks (7-8 days ago) my appetite is normal but the diarreah is still there it's not sever but it's there I also have acid reflux (I've had it for years) and I'm having a pin like feeling plus burn at the top left part of my stomach the pain is not constent nor sever and it usually appears when I eat I'm not sure what's going on any advice would be appreciated.

As for your question it could be, or it could be something different. If it were me I would get it checked out. Ulcers can be diagnosed via endoscopy. I was just diagnosed with two ulcers in my stomach and inflamed duodena and I had almost the exact same feeling as what you're describing minus the diarrhea.
Was your Ulcer caused by H Pylori?
