I slept with someone on 12/14 and then someone else on 12/19-20th (both said they are clean). The sex i had kn the 19/20th was very rough and long (6+ hours). During sex i got a cut on the upper part of my labia majora (will include pictures) that started bleeding. There was blood on the sheets so we went in the shower to wash off and find where it was coming from and found the cut. Two days later i noticed white skin/sores on the inside of my labia majora and went to the doctor and she said it was friction sores and not to worry. I noticed my wound started to get infected and I went to the gyno and he thinks it is HSV. He said he doesnt even think i got cut during sex and that it was a herptic lesion that was already brewing from my encounter with the first guy. I had shaved before and nothing was there and the guy went down on me and didnt see snything before it was cut. also do herpes lesions drip blood? i am waiting for the swab results but am very anxious and confused because he doesnt believe i got cut.! I have attached images if what it looked like when it first for infected and how the infection profressed and what jt looks like now.

Hi, I’m sorry but it does look like herpes sores to me. Yes they can bleed and your wound seems to be infected too. Going to the doctor was the best thing to do. Don’t hesitate to take sitz bath and wear loose clothing at the meantime to help your healing.
