You should be fine now it looks healed you will need a lube now to masturbate I’d still be gentle as well. It won’t be as sensitive as before but your body will adapt to this it will take a little longer to orgasm but it will be more intense. Any scarring should fade in time some Bio-Oil would also help with this.
Looks as good as possible. The rugged skin should reduce, but that really depends on how you where stitched up. But usually it flattens out.
As Ivan said, the scaring should reduce in the coming months & he makes a good point about lube, especially at this point. It looks like you where cut loose & have some skin movement, so may not need lube in a few months. But best to use for time being.
