Has anyone had constipation and at the same time small soft incomplete stools and painful bloating 5 months after gallbladder surgery? This is my latest problem. And...I can hardly eat much due to the bloating and pain. I have upped my water intake and eating a better higher fiber diet. Nothing helps. Would like to know if anyone else has this issue

I’m 3 months po. the only time I had that issue was when I was taking a digestive enzyme I was horribly constipation and small pebble stools and bloating very uncomfortable. So it could be to much fiber. I am still dealing with bloating after eating and I eat healthy so hoping this will stop. I also take probiotics which does help.
After reading others suggestions it seems you have to find right foods and eliminate what doesn’t work for you personally.

I recently had my gallbladder removed August 1st. I understand it takes awhile to figure out what your food triggers are, are you keeping a food/symptom journal? This will help you figure that out. im coming up to nearly two years after gb removal,still suffer constipation,as not to old do not want start taking laxatives etc, so eating lots fruit etc,lots water, i think a lot people suffer one way or the other, hope all goes well,
