Post gaul bladder surgery

Hi everyone!  Had my gaul bladder out 4  weeks ago to-day and thought i  was doing really well.  recently, sometimes when i  eat something I  get bloat and feel as if my bowels want to move.  I  also feel as though i  want to birp but can't.  is this part of the recovery period, and what can i  do to help the situation?  please can someone help!  I'm so thankful i've no pain, and don't regret having my gaul bladder removed.  hope someone can help me to cope with this feeling.  Val.

Hi Valerie the very same symptoms I had after having my gallbladder removed I think it resolved by itself roughly six weeks post op. The only problem I have now is hiccups quite harsh ones at that, at least my children find it very amusing..I hope your symptoms settle with time as mine did. Good luck jx

Hi Jane!  Thanks so much for that!  I  hope they will disappear on their own, as its very uncomfortable!  Did you stick to a  special diet?  When i  was in hospital, they gave me almost anything to eat, and told me that i  didn't have to stick to any special diet, but i  don't know if this is the case.  Val.

hi all;

i have a sneaking suspicion that gallbladder is affected by the liver.

Please consider Milk Thistle (repairs liver on a cellular level)  and oregano oil (please read reviews).

Please also consider liquorice tablet (this can kill h pylori &  reduce acid so i have read)

Garlic or Turmeric (reduces inflammation).

Hope this helps !!!

having experienced issues with liver & gallbladder i finally happened across this and can confirm the above works to
