I haven't had a period since June 2015...in 2016 that was a full year. Told I was post menopausal after that. Well after having a very stressful summer with a elderly mother just this past Saturday I woke up went to the bathroom and I wiped I noticed a light reddish brown blood. I was sooo scared. I looked in the toilet no signs of blood so I thought well maybe a hemorrhoid so tried to go about my day..then later went to the bathroom and I noticed a lil blood clot like I usually did when I was menstruating years ago...now I was not spotting on my underwear just when I wiped. It was happening on and off through the weekend when id wipe. still today this is the third day and its on and off but not as much lightish brown anymore. I wiped this morning and nothing. I read the posts on here and so it gives me some comfort to know im not alone. I did have a slight ovary pain on sat and sun...nothing today. I swear during the weekend especially Saturday I felt like I felt when I was menstruating from my body. but with the symptoms ive described. Do you think it was because of the extreme stress I was under that triggered my hormones to react in this way ? Help..... 
Hi. The same thing happened to me a couple of months ago. I hadn’t had a period for over 14 months and then when I went to the toilet and wiped myself there was a pink tinge in the toilet paper. Just like you, there was nothing in my pants or down the toilet. This happened for 3/4 days. Because I had had abnormal bleeding a few years ago I decided to go to the doctors. The doctor wasn’t at all worried. She said that it was just a slight influxation of a hormone that caused the bleeding. He said it’s very common. Phew. Xx so I shouldn’t worry. X

Debra i forgot to ask when you went to the dr what type id test did you take for him to come to that conclusion about hormone influxation ?
