Hi guys its me again i am now into my eight week post op turpe can anyone now tell me of r\e how it effects you. i was told it goes into your blatter and you pee it out would that not be bad for you seeing semin is thicker than urine? Thats one now also can you tell have any of you got a precrip for erection problems if so what, and when did normal intercourse return for you ? so far since the op i have been settling ok good strong flow so fingars crossed cheers guys as usual your help is reassuring
The only sign I have following an orgasm is that the start of urination is a bit thick, looks as well as there's traces of blood. But other than that, no problem.
My only problem with erection is that mine is now bent sideways, other wise it works fine.
Cheers Ian do you get viagra from doctors as my consultant said if you have the turpe you get it free as well as test
No, I'm fortunate in not needing it.
The ruling has been for those with prostate cancer but not for ED caused by TURP but now that Viagra has cheap generic versions that seems to have eased the situation.
The semen does - usually - pass backwards into the bladder when yo ejaculate as you suggest but it gets well mixed with the urine so you will not really notice it.
If in UK you can now get prescriptions for generic viagra [sildnafil I think] and you are "allowed" 4 per month on NHS. But even if you go for a private prescription the cost per tablet is 80p!
Cheers m8 thanks for replying did you have it if so are you able to lift weight a gain I'm a delivery driver thanks again junior
While I have it "to look forward too" I would guess after 8 weeks you'd be physically OK. Why not give doctor a call?
Hi Junior. I am 5 months after TURP operation and 18 months of taking Finistiride and Tamsulosin and my sex life is ruined. I awake at 5 to 7 am with a full erection but my wife is asleep, and during the day or late evening I can't get a full erection hence no sex or sex with a part limp penis which is not satisfactory and orgasm is rare and when it happens I have RE and semen is dry or very little and it washes away when peeing. I am now thinking of seeing my doctor to see if Viagra can help. Peter
Why not give her a nudge in early morning?
Cialis is better than Viagra as its effect lasts for up the thirty six hours and helps urine output.
Also ask for testosterone it's very good my consultion said I could get it all so I read up on it sounds good check it out m8
Can you get cialis on NH because I used that when i was on holiday few years back fantastic lol
If you are eligible or else have a considerate doctor:-)
If in UK you can get 4 tablets a month on NHS - or privately the tablets are about £1 each plus prescription writing and dispensing fees
Perhaps for a £1 or less for 'generic versions' on the internet but not on private prescription.
Yes indeed - generic versions ...
And why not?
Unauthorized 'generic' versions as Cialis product rights unlike Viagra is still owned by Lilly.
Ah!
Hi Junior
You are spot on RE which results in any semen produced to flash up the bladder and it is flashed out when we pee and the colour and viscosity has changed from a white gelatinous into a dark thin appearance.I also have erectyl disfunction as a result from the TURP operation and as yet do not take any Viagra or Cialis or testosterone but I am seriously thinking about visiting my GP to discuss problem.Regards Peter
