My exposure was unprotected sex with csw in New Delhi Russian Girl on 16/05/19
went to sexologist on 21/05/019 and he gave pep medicine . started on 21/05/19
1ST TEST I had Tridot and TPHA test . both came Negative and Non reactive -Day 31st after exposure while on pep( 21/6/19) Last dose completed on 22/6/19
2ND TEST CLIA METHOD Test for HIV1 and Hiv2 on 42nd day from exposure - 7 days post pep from Max Hospital , NEW DELHI ALONG WITH VDRL AND HCV IGM TEST VALUE IS 0.05 iu/ml
CBC, LFT,KFT, all reports normal as per the doctor
3RD TEST Elisa Method Duo Test on 19th July 2019 along with TPHA Test - both came Negative – 63 days post exposure and 28 days post pep
4th test PCR RNA on 92nd day post exposure and 56 days post pep . VDRL test Also- Non reactive and Undetectable
5TH test 115 days post pep Elisa test for antibodies for hiv1 and hiv2 - Negative . 150 DAYS POST EXPOSURE .
WITH CBC, LFT , KFT ETC.
AFTER THIS TIME I HAD PHYSICAL RELATION WITH MY PARTNER PROTECTED . AS I DINT WANT TO TAKE ANYMORE RISK MORE
6TH TEST 201 days post exposure and 165 post pep . i did following test
HIV (4th GEN) NEGATIVE
Hepatitis B profile
HBS AG NEGATIVE
HEPATITIS PROFILE
ANTI HCV NEGATIVE
INVESTIGATIONOBSERVED VALUE UNITS
HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS I IgG 0.88 AI
HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS I IgM 0.49 AI
HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS II IgG 0.24AI
HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS II IgM 0.21AI
TPHA NEGATIVE
kindly advise me about herpes test value
this result are convulsive . it wont changed without any further risky exposure .
can i make relation with my wife with condom .
now my concern are my test are conclusive , do I need any more test to get clear I Am Negative .i dint want to take any type of risk in my life anymore .
any possibilities of of HIV POP Up in future without any further risky exposure .
HERE I DINT TRUST DOCTORS , BEING WELL KNOWING THE GUIDELINE FOR PEP STILL HE GAVE ME AFTER 1 WEEKS .
