Hi, I recently had the Urolift done a little over 4 weeks ago. I have had slight improvement in frequency urination, but my sexual function is not where it was pre-procedure. My sex drive and desire is back, but I am having difficulties ejaculating and having an orgasm. When I do, its a dry orgasm. This was never the case pre-procedure. My doctor said both frequency urination and sexual function may take up to 3 months to improve. My question is, has anyone experience what I am going through? and if so, did it improve and how long did it take?
My Urolift in March failed to help me but it did not effect my sex life. I have posted a lot about this and my experience with my Urologist. I am now with another Urologist since my first one wanted to do a Bipolar TURP and I said NO. I would assume you are not on a drug that causes RE… FYI, Cialis (Tadadafil) has greatly improved my sex life and I think it has helped some with my flow.
