Wishing when you say you're bleeding is it fresh (red) or a dark red/brown (old) blood? How much are you bleeding? Sometimes it looks much more than it is. Is it continuous or when you go to the toilet? Sorry there's so many questions but it's the easiest way to say how urgent it is.

Hola. Todo tipo de sangrado. Rojo brillante, coágulos oscuros. El flujo varía. Pasé de cambiar pañuelos a usar bragas con almohadilla. El olor a infección es asqueroso. Voy a ver a mi consultor el lunes, así que esperaré. Lo estoy manejando en casa, el hospital los fines de semana no es el mejor lugar.

Sounds as though you have an infection. Just a piece of advice because it's probably an infection if you become unwell tomorrow you should seek medical advice asap and not wait until Monday. So if you have a temperature, pain or the bleeding gets any worse that's the time to speak to a doctor.
Gracias por tu consejo. Acabo de terminar un curso de doble antibiótico. Tal vez solo necesite un segundo curso. Sé que los antibióticos siguen funcionando durante 2 días más. Pero si el dolor aumenta o hay sangrado, definitivamente pediré ayuda. Es bueno tener esto en el sitio x
