Hi everyone, so I had unprotected sex with a girl last Tuesday (I know she's clean, she showed me her recent test results and hasn't had unprotected sex with anyone since). All is good, it was really enjoyable.
Fast forward to Saturday, and these small white dots have appeared under my skin (as in when I pull the skin backwards) below the tip of my penis. They are absolutely painless, aren't scabbing over, no discharge, no itchiness, and no odour. There's no puss or blood coming out of them either. Some have appeared, and others have disappeared in the last 24 hours.
Basically, I'm curious if any of you guys have a suggestion as to what it could be? It's all a bit strange to me! I wouldn't say I'm freaking out or anything (even if it is HSV-2), but I'd rather have some sort of idea as to what it is (e.g. bacterial infection, allergic reaction, etc.).
I am unable to go get tested as I have just left for a rural part of S.America right now and will not be back for ~4 weeks, otherwise I'd obviously go get tested immediately.
