I've been feeling my heart pound pretty hard all day and my head has been having some pressure. My pulse has been normal all day and I haven't really felt anxious at all. My ekg test at the er was fine last week and xray. I was little low on potassium tho but I take 4 potassium supplements daily now. Im 5'10 260 pound 30 yr old male. Anybody ever get like this???

No it doesn't really hurt just really discomforting
