Pounding in my Left ear?

Hi 

i have this pounding in my ear 

it does not hurt ,it kind of feels like a heartbeat ,it is not to strong ether 

is this normal ? otherwise i feel fine

I also had a headache this morning that went way soon as i took ibuprofen

I had a friend with the 'ear pounding' problem. In her case, the dr cleaned out her ear and gave her some drops to use and she hasn't had that problem since.  Best of luck to you!
