I have been on Prednisolone eye drops since December 8th 3 times a day for a week than 1 time a day for a week. I'm on the last week I took it this morning but it's weird now my eyes are still burning and I'm so confused right now because my eyes actually stop burning last Wednesday and my eyes been fine until today.What should I do.Tomorrow is my last day taking the Prednisolone eye drops.

yes if they don't stop burning the infection or inflammation may have returned. I had a cateract operation and 5 weeks later had an infection which required an injection and lots of prednisolone , then another infection. You need to be checked to see the status of the original problem. I would carry on with the prednisolone until you can see someone preferably sooner rather than later
Your eyes shouldn't be burning. Call your doctor or go to the nearest emergency department immediately
