Thanks for posting that link....every doctor who prescribes steroids should have to give a copy of the article to their patients as it it very informative & clear on what to expect.
It is a horrible day in Dublin...pouring rain, windy & cold, so haven't even bothered getting dressed yet :oops:
Hope its better weather in the Uk & Italy for Eileen....I think we can all safely assume that Rick will be enjoying sun in Florida :lol:

Yes, a good article, well done MrsO for finding it - though I note it had the usual guff about more than however much it was (was it 800IU or less?) of vit D being \"dangerous\". But you're quite right Pauline - high time the average GP handed over similar info as a matter of course. Help if they read it themselves, come to that.
As to the weather - they are lying through their teeth about it being a wonderful sunny day on the radio. The fog here in Bruneck was supposed to burn off quickly - so I got up and put the washing machine on to dry the bedding on the balcony. It's 12.30 and no sign of blue sky down here and it's 2C!! Does look a bit brighter - I'll keep hoping! I don't know where Rick is but I don't think they get too much fog in Florida - just hurricanes :lol: .
