hi just a quickie, I have been asked if I want to try pregabalin by my neuro for my nervous system issues, just wondered has anyone tried it with or without success? I hope Christmas is a merry one for you all x

sorry to hear you have nervous system issues. besides asking here, you should look online for side effects from high-authority sources, such as mayo clinic, drugs.(com). However, most doctors carefully ponder the benefits and side effects of a drug before prescribing it. In my case, my doctor prescribes prednisolone only when it's necessary...so, I guess your doc really thinks that you need pregabalin.
Ive never heard of this drug. What type is it?
Thanks Magda, my nervous system has been crazy since June time, my other symptoms have improved (for now!) on their own but I think I'll give it a try to see if it helps xx
Carla it's used for a few things here in the uk but I would be taking it for nerve pain and other nervous system issues possibly caused by inflammation x
