Pregnancy and gallbladder

So Im 31 weeks pregnant. I also have Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG). On top of my HG, I also am having gallbladder issues. I’ve been told anything from polyps, to stones, but that they can’t do a thing till I give birth.  (ER scan doctor said polyps but when sent to see surgeon he said looks more like stones)

They recently had me stop my diclegis (pregnancy nausea/vomiting medicine) cause I’ll throw up the solid pill hours after taking it. Like 8+ hours. And they stopped my Protonix Incase it also isn’t going through me. So now I’m just on the zofran pump. (Like an insulin pump but for zofran. Used for vomiting)

They suggested me to reglan to get things moving out of my stomach but I have anxiety disorder, and tried reglan with my first HG pregnancy and it made me non functional with even more crippling anxiety. So I just don’t think it’s worth taking it.

But for 5 days now, any food I try to eat, comes up. Whether it’s within 30 minutes or 5 hours. It just comes up. I am assuming some liquids are staying as my ketones have been really good between negative and trace! But I have lost two pounds in 5 days according to the scale from my home health nurses. (So far this pregnancy I’ve lost 20lbs but gained back 12lbs.)

I’m sorry this is long. And probably a giant waste of everyone’s time. I just don’t really know what to do at this point. I don’t feel nauseous anymore but I’m just vomiting. Anytime I eat something. Even applesauce. And I can tell the nurses at my midwives office are getting frustrated with me. I just don’t know what to do. And my surgeon isn’t able to do anything given how far along I am in pregnancy.
