Hi

i have been taking 30 mg mirtazapine and 20mg cipralex for a year. Does any one know if its safe to get pregnant while still taking them. I do not intend to quit taking them.

I have been pregnant twice on mirtazapine 45 mg and aripiprazole 30 mg…baby should be fine…get an appointment with your consultant and see if u can still take them or not…maybe u won’t be able to breast feed…that’s all…xx

Mirtazapine has some side effects such as increased appetite, weight gain, dry mouth and drowsiness, etc., but it does not affect pregnancy.
