



Here are a list of the the analysis that i did. I’m taking vitamin d supplement ever since but that’s it. And it isn’t helping for both premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction.
I am not a doctor but can give you some suggestion based on what i hear from surrounding and some other doctors. Premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction mainly (more than 95%) caused by masterbation. Damage which is already done can hardly be recovered. But you can certainly improve from current state. You need start exercising (Running and Yoga at least) on daily basis and if masterbating and stop it forever. Running will help you regain some stamina and yoga will help you regain internal power. Thats my suggestion, I am not an expert.
I used to intensively masturbate when i was younger and watch porn for hours. From 12 to 18. But starting from 18 and up it decreased maybe to 2 times a week and sometimes 3 to 4 times a month. I remember i was doing it hard and beat my penis when i was younger because i didn’t know it would affect me badly. I don’t remember if i was lasting longer when i was younger too. Maybe it’s due to masturbation. However, I don’t masturbate that much anymore. If that is the issue, is it treatable? I can’t get into a relationship like this.
I’m 27 by the way. And this issue is making me really depressed as it ruined my last relationship and i don’t feel confident getting into a new relationship at all since I can’t satisfy a girl penetratively.
