pressure? on my heel inside my leg cast & feels like drops of water trickling down

i broke my ankle and had surgery a week ago. ive been home for almost a week now and dont know if its my paranoia and anxiety, but i feel drops of water dripping down my cast sometimes, which sometimes makes it itchy. maybe its sweat? or maybe its inside my head. has anyone experienced this?

also, my heel is in pain!!! i think its swollen and i cant sleep!!! tips???

My outside ankle bone really hurt in the cast. One of the stitches failed and the incision bled.

Does your leg look like there is swelling? Are your toes warm? A tight cast could explain the pain.
