Pressure

hello all. just wondering has anyone ever experienced a pressure on the bridge of your nose. i have it all day on and off. a bit ligheaded too.

Hi Rachel, You don’t say how long its been going on or if you have any other symptoms but, in the front of your face like that…you could have a sinus infection(runny nose/fever/stuffiness), also allergies can cause sinus issues(pollen for grass, trees & flowers right now),sneezing/itching/watery eyes, plus previous list.. if you wear glasses, be sure its not your nose piece(pads need to be adjusted properly and plastic frames not too tight…also if you started wearing sunglasses now that its nicer out), eye strain can cause pain right across your face, too…or tension headaches… break from screen time, bright lights, sun, massage your head/ face/neck..try warm compresses, see if it helps, &/or whatever your Dr has advised for headaches/inflammation(acetaminophen for pain…ibuprofen, naproxen for inflammation…anti-histamines, non-drowsy for allergies) ALWAYS check with your DR about OTC meds if you take other medication or have other health issues!! Good Luck, try a few things, see if you can figure it out, then you can treat it properly!!!BEST WISHES:wedding::musical_notes::rainbow::four_leaf_clover::peace_symbol::infinity::paw_prints:
