Presyncope after exercise?

After I exercise I get presyncope symtoms which include being dizzy, change in vision, nauseous, hearing loss etc. I'm only 17 which is pretty young for these things to be happening. I got an EKG done and blood pressure tes. Everything seemed to be fine, though my BP was fine lying down, the. Lower sitting up, then went higher standing up which is a bit odd. I have fluid in both ears but I'm only really dizzy when I exercise. The doctor doesn't really have suggestions except to get the fluid down and maybe see a ENT, but I don't feel like that is the issue. Any help? Thanks.

Presyncope indicates lower BPupon rising from a supine position. The fluid issue And inner ear issues can definitely cause the symptoms that you indicate. The ENT seems to be a good place to start to address the fluid issue. Is tha something recent or has it been ongoing? Low sodium diet will help with ongoing fluid issues.

Would the fluid cause the vision change? It's been happening for the last couple of months, so fairly new. My doctor actually said to try and consume more salt before exercising. She also said to take some zertac to try and eliminate the fluid. What or how would the ENT doctor help, just curious as I don't want them to just say the same thing and send me on my way. Thanks for responding!!

Fluid on the middle ear is abnormal. In my opinion, and I only know from having suffered from Vestibular Neuritis, anything that impacts the inner ear, pressure from fluid, will impact the vestibulo-ocular reflex. The vestibulo-ocular reflex is the coordination of the signals from the inner ear and your eyes. When the brain senses mixed signals it causes the eyes not to know what to focus on. So, the dizzy symptom causes the issue with the eyes. Again, I'm not a doctor but it doesn't sound reasonable that presyncope does not involve a drop in BP upon standing. Blood tests should give a better understanding of a issues with Sodium levels. Just my opinion though.
