ED after a turp and a dilation of the urethra most of the time the head of my penis is clear up inside of me pretty depressing when I am peeing the head of my penis starts going back up inside of me makes it difficult to pee and cannot pee sitting down is there anyone else out there that has had this problem this is what I ended up with I wish now I would have never done it but I do pee better

Do you mean you are unable to pee sitting down or that you have not directional control? If the latter, try pressing down to control direction. I have peed between the bowl and the seat and that is disconcerting.
Hi Ken, what is your problem? I had TURP and doing dilation now. The frequency to do the dilation is too often for me. It's like every two weeks for me, I feel this is too often as it closes up so fast. I also am doing Self Cathering, so I need to change the size of the cather after a week. Also I have phases of urine retention at night only.
The biggest problem is the head of my penis is up inside of me all the time and I am circumcised makes it very difficult to pee sitting down I can push the head out but it will go right back inside by the time I'm done I'm dribbling pee down my balls standing it will do the same thing as I'm peeling it's shrinking

I am trying to get a mental picture of that and it is difficult except if you are heavy and there is extra flesh into which little willie retreats. In any event I will defer to another's advice. I can understand that would be difficult to deal with.
I think what he is say is that after TURP his penis shrunk to as point that the head barely protrudes from his body.
I think maybe it was the dilation of the urethra that done most of the damage granted it was never a large dick but now it's nonexistent it's hiding up inside of me all the time and before I had all this done I could at least get an erection only about 4 1/2 inches but it was better than what I have now it's definitely not anything I can I have sex with don't know if you seen the pictures if not I will post again
My heart bleeds for you kenneth94144. Did you have the 2 procedures at the same time? Any way of knowing which procedure did that? What does your urologist say?
Kenneth94144, according to what I have noticed in the locker room, this is not that uncommon among men that are heavy. Just why it began after your surgery does raise a question. Check with your doctor but it may be that some serious self discipline will be required to unload those folds of flesh. 'Ain't" easy. I KNOW ! Good luck
