i have just looked down there after a couple of days of being a little bit itchy and sore and i've noticed a few red patches around my anus? i'm not particularly sure where they've come from but ive suffered from hemorrhoids my whole life and i was pretty sure that was the issue but i haven't really seen it like this before? i'm getting pretty scared it might be an std or something? please help

Im not a professional or anything but to me that definitely does not look like an std.. I’m not sure what it could be, I haven’t seen anything like it but I’m just giving you my personal opinion that it doesn’t look like any type of std but you should still get it checked since you said you been sore and itchy down there
Start using organic baby whips rather then tissue & when doing the number two, shower up and pat completely dry.
This will speed the healing process and cut the irritation in half
