problem eating and swallowing food or drinking water need help!

Not sure if it's the correct place in the forum to post this but in desperate need of help as this is causing a lot of discomfort Iv also been having problems breathing

1st thing you need to do is see a Dr, if you can't get it, go down to the hosp asap, I hope you get better soon.
