Hello
I have been prescribed Kilofem because of sleeping problems associated with the menopause. This is the only issue that I have with the menopause, and has been going on for six years. I have been on Kilofem for over a year.
The problem - it does not work and has led to only sporadic improvement. I am just turned 60.
Please could you suggest an alternative, so that I am more prepared when I visit my GP.
