Problems with tip of penis

I have had this condition now for 3 years. I was diagnosed with CPPS/Chronic prostatitis. It's really just a bucket term as they have no idea what causes it. Now I am having problems in the tip of my penis again. Sometimes it feels like an achy pain, other times like a pinching. It was can a random sharp pain and can be aggravated by touch. My urethral meatus is very sensitive sometimes. Urine seems to having a burning type of sensation and semen seems to really annoy it too. I know my pudendal nerve is inflamed so now I am wondering if my dorsal nerve is also having problem's. I do now want to cause scar tissue in my urethra. It really takes its toll on my mental health.

So, what I think may be the way forward is to contact with one of the Urologist you think you can talk to in a natural, professional or friendly way: you need to say politely that this has been screwing with your mental health long enough and ask whether they are prepared to work with you to finally resolve what you have going on …
