Prolapse, Running, Depression

After prolapse repair surgery, without a pessary has anyone built their pelvic floor strength enough to manage running, reasonable basic weights, standard squats, planks???... I feel like I have been given a sentence to behave like an old lady for the rest of my life. There is so so so so little information about this topic (bar wear a pessary or have a operation and hope it works) and no one really discusses it. No one really warns women of prolapse until essentially its there....a huge issue. That is what happened to me. And because no one can see it and it goes to the heart of sexuality no one talks about it. For those that had to have the operation, was there any women that were athletes? or avid marathon runners or fitness professionals that rehabilitated their pelvic floor to work and enable them to still do these things??!! I am so so depressed and devastated. I am so lost. No surgeons really care, your just another number. It either works or it doesnt. If being able to maintain my personal fitness means I have multiple surgeries Im Ok with that. But it is unbelievable how little information and studies there are available that cover living with prolapse post recovery period (there is essentially non bar...dont run, dont jump, dont bounce, dont lift anything "normally" for the rest of your life). I am only 35. I feel like Ive been given a disability that no one cares about yet will change the rest of my life.

To me this is a huge gap and a explanation as to why women cannot suffciently exercise after having babies or past a certain age. We are told to do nothing with proper cadrio or impact.
I cannot believe, in this day and age, no studies or research has been done to provide answers as to how we can manage better. With physical health we would have so many less health ailments later in life. I cant help but wonder if men had to deal with these issues would it be so ignored.
I am desperately seeking someone out there with similar experiences that can help??
Please do not respond with, cannot do
impact, wear a pessary, modify squats, do pilates, swim etc. Ill do those when I am actually old.
Ive had major muscles cut through surgery multiple times and rebuilt them to be very strong. I know the pelvic floor is a muscle
and muscles can be rebuilt.
