it has been two weeks ever since i noticed this veins on my penis ..it does not hurt but i am worried since they emerged all of a sudden.. i masturbate once a week

veins like this do not develop, relatively overnight. Is there something that you are doing differently, such as wearing tight clothing. Have you just become very active (again) such as running or cycling for some distance? Are you on a steroid regime? Have you just started taking a medication?

i vigorously masturbated once and yes i do a bit of running .
no i dont use roids nor do i take any meds.
