Propranalol side effects ? Help please !

Hi , I am suffering from

Anxiety and I am on low dose citalopram and have recently been given Propranalol to try. I took one 2 days ago and was dizzy and felt weird for some time after taking it. I haven't taken one since but today I feel terrible , very bad anxiety all day , I keep going red hot like s hot flush and just want to cry. I just don't feel right at all . Could it be the Propranalol after affects / withdrawal? Thank you

Hi I'm on sertraline and propranolol did u take it after food as if u took it on an empty stomach it makes u feel bad?

What dose of Propranolol did you take? I'm on the same medication. I'm wondering if you were started on a dose that's too high.

Hello , I'm only on 10mg but as I'm sensitive to meds I only took half but I did take it on an empty stomach. I still feel a bit bad today
