Since one month I am taking Propranolol half of 20 mg in the morning, half at lunch and one 20 mg pill at night, my question is sometimes I felt that my heart stops in one second because I can't breath in that second is like very strange and scary, did someone else felt the same as me? I am tired about this medicine, it makes me like dizzy, weak, distracted, etc. But now with that issue that I cant breath for one second and felt that my heart stops it makes me scary. Welcome to all opinions, and thanks in advance for your response.
I take bisoprolol 1.25 mg for 5 months, it made me very weak,dizzy,breathless at first, my body is used to it now. It takes time for your body to get used to, persevere!
Ema to me your symptoms sound like that of anxiety which I did / do get (But allot less now)
I have been on 40mg three times a day for approx 4 months. While I am not 100% now I am allot better.
I would not worry (that just plays on your panic) take the meds and what worked for me is reading a book "At last a life" by Paul David.
