Propranolol higher dose then I should of taken

My doctor prescribed me 10mg of properadol to use twice a day when needed but I've took 60mg because my anxiety is skylie high is this OK?

Hi Pamela, the tablets go up to 160mg tabs so I'm sure you will be ok having taken 60. If 10mg isn't enough for you generally then best yo see your GP again and see what is suggested. Neil
