# Propranolol withdrawal and Miritazapin

So I was on propranolol for about 18 months after a traumatic life event and with it being a beater blocker and I many years ago having childhood asthma they decided to try ween me off it over 3 weeks (I only took 1 a day) and put me onto Miritazapin, but I thought I’d manage my anxiety naturally so didn’t bother going on the Miritazapin. Fast forward a few months I have felt so ill, constantly anxious, shaking Internally, hands shaking, breathlessness, light headed high blood pressure and heart rate, can even feel my blood running through me, I struggled to sit still because I felt EVERYTHING. just full of constant fear so I decided to go on the Miritazapin, (4 days in)I’m sleeping really well at least, I went to GP today and he’s put me back on a low dose of propranolol 10mg I’ve had 2 today and it’s helped me calm alot, I’m still feeling the odd twinge but I’m feeling alot more relaxed. Has anyone else experienced this?
